A vital component of Worker Training and Meditation is to allow staff members to express themselves in the best way possible. In many cases, Workers do not feel comfortable in their office, so it's important to provide an environment where they feel comfortable and motivated to perform. The Interestingly thing to keep in mind is that all Staff Members need to be able to perform the tasks assigned to them, regardless of what the reason behind the Training.
